Mon Club International provided humanitarian assistance to two flood-affected communities, Nzam and Umueze Anam, in Anambra West Local Government Area. The project reached 1,000 households, totalling 5,890 people, with essential support aimed at improving access to safe water and hygiene. The intervention included the distribution of Aqua Tabs for water treatment, water point chlorination, and hygiene promotion activities. Mon Club also carried out sensitization sessions on proper water treatment using Aqua Tabs and good hygiene practices, with a special focus on women and the elderly. This support helped the communities recover from the impact of the floods and improved their ability to maintain clean and safe water for daily use.
