The UNICEF-funded Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) project in New Marte, Borno State, was a vital humanitarian initiative that addressed challenges in nutrition, water, sanitation, hygiene, and protection. Despite security incidents that created operational difficulties, the project made strong progress and had a meaningful impact on the well-being of the community. To ensure transparency and alignment of objectives, Mon Club International engaged stakeholders at both the state and community levels. Through this collaboration, more than 16,000 individuals were reached.

The project also offered Infant and Young Child Feeding counselling and treatment for severe acute malnutrition without medical complications.
